Dr. Phillips, often referred as "The Empowerment Guy," has been involved in the speaking arena for more than thirty years.  With a background in psychology he has a real grasp on the human development component.  A great deal of his teaching emphasis is on relationships and empowerment.  He has amazed audiences from 25,000 in Seoul, Korea to 100 in small group workshops in New York City.

 

He is a representative to the United Nations as a Non-governmental Official to Economic Concilias.
Dr. Phillips has traveled to more than twenty nations and has been recognized for his highly acclaimed position papers and books which have been read by many around the world in such places as New Zealand, Africa and Sinapore.  Dr. Phillips was a part of the former President Bush's forum on "The Restoration of the Family," and at the invitation of President Bill Clinton he attended the unveiling Economic Development Plan for the District of Columbia. 


He is on the Executive Board of the International Third World Leader's Association (representing over 70 nations of the world) headed by founder Dr. Myles Monroe of the Bahamas.  Dr. Phillips is a Motivational Speaker in the Les Brown Speaker's Network in which he travels with Mr. Les Brown as a Keynote Speaker for Seminars and Conferences.
